What You’ll Take Charge Of:

• Leading MEP design, engineering, and construction with confidence
• Driving estimating, proposal analysis, and subcontractor negotiations
• Keeping multimillion-dollar projects on track, on budget, and on point
• Ensuring quality, precision, and excellence across every phase
• Owning procurement, scheduling, and scope management
• Visiting job sites to oversee progress and ensure top-tier execution
• Reviewing drawings, submittals, and ensuring everything aligns with project goals
• Supporting and supervising drafting and administrative talent
• Making safety a non-negotiable priority

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of MEP-focused experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise
• Strong analytical, technical, and computer skills
• A passion for construction, innovation, and problem-solving
• A team-first attitude with the drive to exceed expectations
• Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or piping trades

Compensation & Benefits:

💼 Competitive salary range: $90,000–$130,000
