We Thrive Together Medicare Agency is growing! We are seeking motivated, caring individuals who are passionate about helping seniors navigate their Medicare options. Our office is located in Delaware, OH, and we pride ourselves on providing personalized, high-quality service to every client.

Position Overview:

As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will educate individuals turning 65 and existing Medicare beneficiaries about their healthcare choices. You’ll work with a variety of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans to find the best solutions for each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospective clients regarding their Medicare options
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
• Assist clients with plan enrollment and maintain ongoing relationships
• Attend office meetings and training sessions in our Delaware, OH office
• Follow-up on leads provided and develop self-generated opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all CMS and carrier regulations

Requirements:

• Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment from our Delaware, OH office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Motivated, self-starter mentality with a heart for service
• Medicare sales experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
