Rate: $120,000 - $145,000
(Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education)
Required Skills
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of shipping/receiving/inventory experience or equivalent specialized training and/or work experience.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of production control processes and procedures.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have basic knowledge of the metric system.
• Must work in and develop a 5S environment.
• Must have working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to maneuver up to 200 lbs. independently.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
• Strong communication skills to ensure clarity and collaboration.
