Job Description

Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team in NYC! The Marketing Business Operations organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator to provide dedicated support to the Project Management Lead. This individual will play a key role in managing multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving seamless execution across all phases of a campaign’s lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Excel, proficient in project management tools such as Asana, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and self-management skills.

  • Pay rate: $43 - $45
  • This role is on site in NYC Monday – Thursday 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Friday remote
  • Asana experience highly preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Support the Project Management Lead Director in driving the execution of end-to-end planning and execution for 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize project management tools (Asana) to track campaign milestones, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed workback schedules for campaign planning, execution, and delivery across marketing subgroups.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and internal communications for global integrated marketing campaigns and other strategic initiatives across multiple seasons and various agencies from initial concept through execution and post launch analysis.
  • Act as the point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, requesting and aligning feedback and addressing any issues that arise throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and providing detailed recaps with next steps.
  • Monitor campaign progress, flagging potential risks and delays, and proactively driving solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Consolidate campaign updates and create reporting tools for senior leadership to ensure visibility into project statuses.
  • Partner with internal and external teams, including agencies, media, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a project management or project coordination role, preferably within marketing or creative operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and expertise in project management tools such as Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timeline adherence and deliverable quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs and risks.
  • Strong analytical skills and background in operational task within projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
