Job Description

The Fulcrum Health, Inc. (Fulcrum) Marketing Communications Specialist will assist in developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence within the health care industry among Fulcrum’s various target audiences. This role involves content creation, internal and external communications, digital marketing, and event coordination to support business growth and grow brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving peoples’ lives through physical medicine.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Communications

• Write and distribute provider emails and e-newsletters for Fulcrum’s provider networks.
• Write and distribute provider communications and distribute via CRM tool and post on Fulcrum website.
• Create and distribute All Staff materials, employee newsletters, and other employee communications as needed.
• Assist with the creation of quarterly Board reports as needed.
• Assist with updates to Fulcrum website as needed.
• Monitor website analytics.

Media & Public Relations

• Write press releases and thought leadership articles, and partner with PR consultant for distribution.
• Monitor media coverage.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, aligning with corporate identity guidelines.
• Support the creation of ad-hoc marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, infographics, etc.) to promote our services.

Event Coordination & Sponsorships

• Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, industry events and company events.
• Develop event materials and communications strategies for maximum impact.

Social Media

• Support the creation of content for social media.
• Support the execution of LinkedIn ads campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : ( Minimum qualifications needed for this position)

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, health care industry experience preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to tight timelines and deliver high quality work.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, Acrobat Adobe. Preferred experience with InDesign, Constant Contact, Insightly, and Expression Engine.
