Manufacturing/Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift - Danbury CT

We are looking for a dynamic Manufacturing/Production Team Lead for one of our top clients in the Danbury CT area! This is a F/T direct hire, 2nd shift role at $70 - $75K annually, + Differential and Bonus!

Responsible for:

• You will Organize and orchestrate 2nd shift production to promote the highest quality standards and achieve On-Time Delivery (capacity planning).
• You will monitor production schedules and communicate potential interruptions to appropriate departments and personnel
• Lead, motivate, and train direct reports to achieve departmental/organizational goals and objectives
• Conduct employee appraisals in accordance with HR standards and guidelines
• Assist in the praise/disciplinary process of direct reportsin accordance with HR standards and guidelines
• Responsible for the condition, maintenance, and operation of all department machinery and equipment

What do you need to possess?

• Associate or BA preferred
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience with a background in manufacturing
• Proficient computer skills to include ERP/SAP/WMS
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing/CIP/or Six Sigma
• Project Management experience (preferred not required)
