📍 Butler, WI | 💰 $70k–$85k | 🕐 1st Shift
Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives on problem-solving and process improvement? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation in medical device manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Support new product launches (NPI) by optimizing manufacturing processes
🔹 Collaborate with automation partners on robotics & vision systems
🔹 Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause analysis
🔹 Drive continuous improvement using Lean/CI tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, etc.)
🔹 Design cell layouts and develop standardized work for operators
🔹 Partner across teams to boost safety, quality, delivery & cost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar)
✅ 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (molding/assembly a plus)
✅ Strong CAD & ERP skills; proficiency with MS Office
✅ Excellent communicator & team player who can juggle multiple projects
