We’re currently looking for a maintenance professional who can take initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur. A maintenance technician often needs to communicate effectively with tenants, visitors and anyone else he or she encounters on the job.

• Ownership Mentality: Take pride and ownership in each work order. The ideal candidate would enjoy working autonomously most of the time, but also willing to work as part of a team. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to; performing a range of property maintenance items, scheduling work orders according to priority, evaluating, repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the units we manage. 
• Integrity: 4 Degrees operates with a high level of integrity. The ideal candidate would lead by example ensuring that all work is performed accurately, properly and in a timely manner.

Skills Needed to Win:

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve in the field
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
• Adaptive to change and willingness to be a lifelong learner
• A team player that is willing to work independently most of the day.

Compensation details: 23-25 Hourly Wage
