We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2–4 years of experience for a dynamic and growing law firm located in Morristown, New Jersey . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to join a collegial litigation team with opportunities for advancement.

Position Overview:

• Location: Morristown, NJ
• Schedule: Full-time, in-office
• Bar Admission: New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar preferred
• Experience: 2–4 years of litigation experience; insurance litigation a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery responses
• Handle motion practice, court appearances, and depositions
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Develop and execute legal strategies in collaboration with supervising partners

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar (REQUIRED)
• Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
• 2–4 years of experience handling litigation matters, preferably in insurance defense
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
