Responsibilities
Congenial, fast-paced, center city plaintiff’s Law Firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Paralegal. Ability to work independently for 1 active attorney. Must be skilled at: e-filing in Philadelphia and surrounding counties; preparing complaints, motions and discovery; scheduling depositions and other events; gathering medicals and wage loss. Experience on CLIO is a plus. Must be personable and have excellent phone skills as there will be much communication with clients, opposing counsel and their offices, the court and medical providers. There will be shared reception duties. Competitive salary with health insurance (with eye care), 401k (with match), paid holidays, 1 remote day.
