Job Description

LHH is partnering with a well-known law firm in Seattle, WA looking for a Legal Assistant!

If you are a highly motivated, creative, and adaptable Legal Assistant looking for your next challenge, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Attorney support with calendaring and billing
  • Verify court and other deadlines while updating attorneys
  • Transcribe audio recordings
  • Review and revise client pre-bills
  • Maintaining CRM and attorney contact list

Experience:

  • 5+ years of legal administrative experience
  • Experience in labor and employment laws preferred
  • State and federal court filing experience
  • Experience with Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
  • Experience with Virtual Binder and NetDocuments is a plus
  • Ability to support attorneys in a fast paced environment
  • Experience knowledge of court rules and ECF procedures

Role Details:

  • Temp to Hire
  • Pay: $30 - $50
  • 5 days a week onsite in Seattle, WA
  • Hybrid available after initial training
  • Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 5:30 OR 9 - 5:30
  • Parking will be reimbursed
