This is an opportunity for a Leasing Administrator to join a privately owned Owner/Developer/Management Company with Class A luxury buildings located in New York City. This is a great opportunity for an organized, client-oriented real estate agent to work on the administrative functions of the leasing department while providing additional on-site leasing support to the team. It's an ideal role for someone who loves leasing, client interactions, and is excellent at providing administrative and organizational support in the leasing office. Leasing Administrator & Agent:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to initial leasing calls and online inquiries. Schedules appointments accordingly
  • Knowledge of the buildings (pricing, amenities, floorplans, policies)
  • Manage shared inboxes and calendars for the leasing team
  • Assist agents & clients with specific application request
  • Conduct in-person, personalized tours to prospective residents
  • Thoroughly complete required fields in CRM to ensure accurate reporting
  • Update and manage guest cards pre and post-tour
  • Lease apartments in compliance with local and federal Fair Housing standards
  • Engage in continuous follow-up with prospects via email, text and phone
  • Liaise with prospects during the application process including running background & credit screenings and collecting/reviewing documentation prior to submitting for manager approval
  • Generate, review, and send electronic lease and riders
  • Walk property to ensure vacant units are in good showing condition prior to tours
  • Pricing, market feedback and competitor reporting
  • Provide A+ customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office [MRI software experience a plus]
  • NYS Real Estate License required

Schedule: Full-time, required to work one weekend day

$55k base + commissions
