Role Description
This is a full-time role to join our growing Commercial & Institutional Team, located in Union, NJ. This position requires cultivating, developing, closing, and retaining new customers in industries such as, but not limited to: Collegiate, Hospitality, Senior Living, Municipalities, and Fitness. The role's responsibilities include: Prospecting clients, On-site meetings to familiarize oneself with the Scope of Work on a Project, Contract writing, Price Negotiation, Scheduling, Problem Solving, and Customer Service. The position requires a candidate who is entrepreneurial, structured, coachable, and hungry to be a part of a burgeoning division in a company with 30+ years of experience.
