• Lead with Purpose: Be the go-to advisor for plant leadership and employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
• Drive Talent Strategy: Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from attracting top talent to onboarding future stars.
• Be a Culture Builder: Champion our core values and ensure every employee feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Support & Empower: Guide leaders through employee relations, performance management, and development opportunities.
• Stay Ahead: Ensure compliance with HR laws and safety standards while continuously improving policies and practices.
• Own the Numbers: Track HR KPIs, manage payroll inputs, and oversee safety and training initiatives.

🎯 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and OSHA regulations
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• A passion for people and a knack for building trust at all levels
• Experience working with union environments is a plus

This is an on-site role based in Lima, OH. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting.
