Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while working closely with senior HR management on various projects for our North America Operation Center office in Houston, TX .

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and coordinating new hire onboarding; collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.
  • Process and review background checks.
  • Perform new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Assist with benefits administration for enrollments, qualifying events and open enrollment.
  • Assist with employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
  • Perform tasks required to administer and execute HR functions including but not limited to benefits, leave of absences, FMLA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications or Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification a PLUS.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
