What You'll Do

• Strategize, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to maximize conversions and ROI.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement enhancements for better results.
• Collaborate closely with our growth and product teams to align advertising efforts with company objectives.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives and creative experimentation to optimize user acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on comprehensive campaign analysis.

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

• 4+ years of proven experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns.
• Strong track record of creating successful campaigns with measurable results in conversions and ROI.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, etc.) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Independent mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for testing new strategies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Points For

• Experience targeting FP&A professionals or similar finance-related profiles.
• Background or familiarity with finance or data-related products.
• Experience managing significant monthly budgets with demonstrated growth.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Ads), or other relevant platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging digital advertising trends and AI-powered marketing solutions.
