Job Description

***Only qualified Graphic Designer candidates located near the Manhattan, NY or Columbus, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

Required Experience/Skills/Qualification:

• 2-3 years in a Design role/experience preferred.

• Complete fluency and proficiency in the use of a Mac, Adobe Creative Suite programs, and Figma.

• Strong creative production, organization, and design skills.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Passionate concept designer who wants to push the envelope.

• Up to date on latest trends in Fashion, especially social trends.

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Quick, independent thinker and resourceful problem solver.

• Willingness and excitement to learn.

• Seeking a long-term commitment and the desire to keep growing.

• Experience with App Design at other product retailers (eCommerce).

• Graphic design that is fun and playful, yet elevated and sophisticated!

Preferred Experience:

• Previous fashion experience is preferred.

• Motion Design experience is very nice to have

Role

The Designer position will support the site and app team in digital concepting and creative production for upcoming fashion seasons. Candidate should be excited about the brand and have a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Organization and initiative are important, as is the ability to work quickly in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Designing elevated, relevant seasonal creative that fulfills the brief requests for launches, promotions and everything in between.

• Designing fun promotional campaigns that can carry across multiple channels.

• Updating creative to reflect the latest status in a fast-moving landscape.

• Ensuring pixel-perfect production and delivery.

• Checking live site and app creative to validate that creative executes as it was designed.

• Reaching out to partners with questions.

• Concepting responsibilities include designing in a forward-thinking lens and creating campaigns for the upcoming fashion season. Support in executing comps/ideas/mocks for weekly and/or leadership presentations.

• Creative production responsibilities include bringing pitched concepts to life and/or helping execute already concepted campaigns under the supervision of the Art Director (whether that is in the form of social, email, or site content). Creative production is fast-paced and executes in a daily/weekly timeline for the current fashion season.
