Job Description

About Us

Kinn is a modern heirloom jewelry brand built on the belief that luxury should feel personal, effortless, and enduring. With a commitment to responsible sourcing and thoughtful design, we create timeless pieces meant to be worn daily, passed down, and deeply cherished. Every detail from our packaging to our storytelling is considered through the lens of intentional living and refined aesthetics.

As a growing brand, we’re looking for team members who bring taste, agility, and care to their work. People who are as excited about the nuance of typography as they are about getting the job done, who thrive in creative environments and don’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves.

What You’ll Do

As Graphic Designer, you’ll play a central role in translating Kinn’s brand into compelling visual communications across all digital and physical touchpoints—with a focus on email design and performance.

This role is heavily email-focused and requires a strong grasp of layout, brand consistency, and the ability to create polished work under quick turnarounds.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and build weekly email campaigns in Klaviyo, aligned with our brand and marketing calendar
  • Develop and maintain modular design templates in Figma for scalable use across channels
  • Own the design process, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery of assets.
  • Concept and execute Instagram stories, paid and organic social assets, and site banners that feel visually consistent and fresh
  • Create print collateral and event materials for in-person activations, pop-ups, and packaging
  • Source and curate imagery that reflects Kinn’s brand world, tone, and customer sensibility
  • Contribute fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining brand consistency and driving business objectives.
  • Support with image editing and retouching when needed—especially for email, PDP, and campaign needs
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and e-comm teams to meet campaign and product launch deadlines
  • Contribute to seasonal moodboards, campaign concepting, and creative brainstorming sessions

About You

You’re a designer with a keen eye for visual balance, detail, and restraint. You understand what makes a luxury brand feel elevated and intentional—through typography, spacing, color, and tone. You take initiative, you move quickly, and you’re proud to create work that feels both beautiful and smart.

Expertise and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle brand setting
  • Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo with experience designing, slicing, and building responsive email campaigns
  • Expertise in Figma—comfortable building, maintaining, and evolving design systems and templates
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your eye for layout, typography, and elevated visual language
  • Experience in image sourcing and curation (bonus if you’re confident in color correction or retouching)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment where agility and independence are key
