Job Title: Business Analyst 2 - GIS Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR (Traditional Hybrid Model with Fridays remote)
Duration: 5+ Months
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
As a GIS Analyst, you will build the next iteration of our ArcGIS-backed threat monitoring application. You will partner with the Threat Intelligence team on requirement consolidation, project plan development, design of the end application, and build of all backend data tables. In partnership with a key vendor and internal technology teams, you will bring this revamped tool to life in our production ArcGIS Enterprise environment.

The NIC provides intelligence that serves enterprise decision-makers and is comprised of professionals with a broad spectrum of experiences. The NIC is part of the Resilience organization which, led by client's Chief Security Officer, helps make client's stronger. We cut through the noise and the spin to determine what is affecting client and highlighting where we need to focus our attention during turbulent times.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
• Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Computer Science, Business Information Management or related field of study or combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years working with Esri ArcGIS software (Pro, Enterprise).
• Expertise in SQL.
• Strong foundation in data acquisition, data management, data analysis, data models, and data editing.
• Demonstrated experience in product and program management.
• Proficiency in developing repeatable and efficient data automation to codify and simplify end-to-end processes and methods.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Experience Builder a plus.
• Experience with Azure SQL databases a plus.
• Experience with Python, HTML, or JavaScript a plus.
• Fluently read, speak, and write the English language is required.
