Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative GIS Analyst to support the development of an ArcGIS-based threat monitoring platform. This role will involve working cross-functionally with intelligence teams, technical vendors, and internal stakeholders to build a scalable, data-driven application that provides geospatial insights for enterprise decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of a next-generation threat monitoring tool using ArcGIS Enterprise .
• Collaborate with internal intelligence teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and manage backend data tables and ensure seamless integration within the ArcGIS ecosystem.
• Work with vendors and tech teams to deploy the solution into a production environment.
• Optimize data workflows and automate geospatial processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to internal situational reporting through spatial data analysis and visualization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Business Information Management , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS (Pro and Enterprise) .
• Strong command of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• In-depth understanding of geospatial data acquisition, modeling, editing, and analysis.
• Proven track record in product or program management , especially for technical or intelligence solutions.
• Ability to develop automated processes and workflows in support of GIS applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ArcGIS Experience Builder .
• Familiarity with Azure SQL databases .
• Working knowledge of Python, HTML, or JavaScript .
• Experience in building tools for threat monitoring, resilience, or enterprise risk is a plus.
