Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), proficient in handling large data sets, financial data analysis, business intelligence, and general data management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SQL and Excel, with Power BI as a plus. This role will also be responsible for ERP data cleanup, supporting business users with day-to-day queries, and assisting in testing, including integration and new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ERP data cleanup and maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Support business users with daily inquiries related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI (preferred).
• Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy in data processing and reporting.
• Perform business intelligence analysis to support strategic planning and operations.
• Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality and perform QA/testing on reports, datasets, and system implementations.
• Assist with testing, including integration and new functionalities.
• Understand complicated customizations and help with testing new functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Document data analysis processes, business reports, and system interactions.
• Work with Dynamics 365 F&O to extract and interpret financial and operational data.
• Assist in automation and process improvement efforts related to data management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with financial data analysis, business intelligence, and data handling.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and its interface.
• Experience with quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Excellent documentation skills to create process manuals, reports, and data insights.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support business teams effectively.
