About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Front-End Engineer to join our fast-paced, collaborative development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, shape the user experience for enterprise-scale applications, and contribute to the evolution of our front-end strategy.

You’ll be at the forefront of developing high-performance, scalable, and elegant web interfaces while partnering closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and reusable user interfaces.
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into functional front-end solutions.
• Author and maintain front-end coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability across devices and browsers.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues to ensure seamless and consistent user experiences.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade front-end applications, ideally in the eCommerce or enterprise SaaS space.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
• Experience using version control tools (Git) in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance optimization techniques and front-end tooling.
• Proficiency with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS.
• Working knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment strategies.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience building or scaling enterprise-level applications or complex systems.
