Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (CANDIDATE SHOULD BE LOCAL TO THE AREA ALREADY). FULLY ONSITE ROLE
Duration: 5 months + likely extension
Hours: 40 per week
Job Description
This Receptionist will be at the customer's Front Desk; greet, log in and direct customers; provide forms; accept, date stamp and file document; assist customers with payment terminal; identify customers’ issues and refer to appropriate division or department.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills when interacting with internal and external entities
• Google and/or word processing,
• Work within a team environment
• Work with the public
• Deal with multiple tasks at one time
• Listen, comprehend and offer guidance to basic questions
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
• Bilingual
