Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Advising Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is designed for students interested in financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management. You’ll work alongside seasoned advisors and gain insight into real-world financial advising processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing financial plans and investment strategies for clients
• Conduct market research and prepare financial reports
• Support advisors in client meetings and follow-up communications
• Help maintain client databases and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Learn and utilize financial planning software and tools
• Stay informed on industry trends, economic news, and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (experience with tools like Morningstar, eMoney, or Salesforce is a plus)
• Interest in pursuing a career in financial planning or investment advising
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
