What Will You Do?

You will support the organization by driving candidate flow through various means. This position will develop and execute strategies that enable the company to meet current and anticipated staffing needs. Our Field Recruiters have their finger on the pulse of the applicant competition and will collaborate with the business to develop strategies to keep us competitive.

  1. Work with the Customer Experience and Retail Distribution Team staffing roles to meet capacity needs.
  2. Execute on projects, workforce planning initiatives.
  3. Execute and ensure fair hiring practice, background checks, drug tests and offer letters meet the scope of the role to drive compliance.
  4. Manage hiring events, college job fairs and book of work to ensure the business is staffed effectively.
  5. Reporting on KPI’s, meeting standards for staffing % and turnover analytics. Driving staffing calls and creating urgency to ensure jobs are requested for approval and staffed quickly
  6. Work closely with HR and all business partners.
  7. Speed and volume recruiting.

What Do You Need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+years experience in recruiting, staffing, sales and/or public relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude!
