We are partnering with a manufacturing client in Manchester, NH, to hire an Extrusion Operator . This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce products according to quality and safety standards. Location : Manchester

Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday

Temp-hire

Pay : $20-$24/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust extrusion lines according to run sheets and production specifications.
• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure consistent production quality.
• Inspect products using various measuring tools, including laser micrometers, gage pins, tape measures, snap gages, and calipers.
• Pull materials according to production paperwork and load machinery.
• Adjust machinery to maintain product count and quality to customer specifications.
• Conduct line safety inspections and ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Read and interpret work orders and customer prints to produce accurate parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ months of related work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Self-directed with strong communication and teamwork skills.
