Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Personal Executive Assistant to support daily ranch, household, and business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and capable of handling a broad variety of personal, administrative, and operational tasks. Familiarity with basic AI tools is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and reminders for the ranch, household, and owner
- Coordinate and communicate with staff and vendors
- Track tasks and projects using Notes, checklists, or Google tools
- Assist with errands, logistics, and occasional personal tasks
- Keep digital and paper records organized
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT or scheduling assistants) to draft communications, create checklists, or automate recurring tasks
- Use AI transcription tools to summarize meetings or conversations as needed
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with iPhone, calendar, notes, Google, texting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in ranching or property management a plus
- Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT, voice-to-text apps, or automation platforms (Zapier,
Calendly, etc.)
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time: Monday-Friday (approx. 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Pay: $25-$35/hour, based on experience
