Position Summary:

GTN is seeking a talented and experienced Epicor Functional Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of Epicor ERP experience , a solid understanding of core business modules, and a passion for optimizing and implementing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements.
• Lead and support Epicor ERP implementation projects across Purchasing, Production, Shop Floor, CRM, Sales, and Customer Support modules.
• Deliver end-user training and onboarding during and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct system configuration and testing to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and recommend system improvements.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting .
• Create and maintain functional documentation including business process workflows, training materials, and user guides.
• Work with technical teams to support data migration, interface development, and system integration.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP , including full-cycle implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge in Purchasing, Production, Shop Floor, CRM, Sales, and Support .
• Experience with end-user training and onboarding .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and document business processes effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely and traveling for client-facing activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Epicor customization or integration tools is a plus.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution environments is a bonus.
