Now Hiring: Director of Restaurant Operations

📍 Full-Time | Schedule will vary based on business needs

💲 $100,000 annually | Weekly Earned Wage Access available

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for elevating guest experiences across diverse dining concepts? We’re looking for a Director of Restaurant Operations to lead and innovate within our high-volume, multi-unit food and beverage environment—supporting over $40 million in annual sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations across casual, quick service, and fine dining outlets
• Lead hiring, training, performance management, and staff development
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to design and implement enterprise-wide dining strategies
• Build strong vendor relationships to maximize purchasing power and control costs
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, labor, and expenses
• Uphold compliance with health codes and alcohol service regulations
• Drive guest satisfaction through service quality and operational excellence
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement and operational success

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field (or 4+ years relevant experience)
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit F&B operations, including fine dining
• Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and team leadership
• Experience with vendor negotiations, POS systems, and health code compliance
• ServSafe Certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based cash handling systems
