About the Company:

MatchBukh Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic Director of Compliance for an accredited Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) known for its commitment to excellence and culturally sensitive care. This isn't just about ticking boxes – it's about building a culture of compliance that empowers the team to deliver exceptional care to the community.

About the Role:

You'll shape and lead the compliance programs, making a tangible difference in how they operate and serve their patients. You'll work closely with leadership, the C-Suite, and the Board of Directors, providing expert guidance and insights. You'll tackle complex compliance challenges, from HIPAA to accreditation (AAAHC), with creativity and strategic thinking. You'll lead and develop a talented compliance team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Leading all aspects of our compliance program, including risk assessments, policy development, training, and audits.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards (AAAHC).
• Collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) on clinical event investigations and root cause analyses.
• Overseeing HIPAA compliance and data security.
• Supporting emergency preparedness and COVID-19 safety programs.
• Serving as a key point of contact for legal requests and insurance matters.

Qualifications:

You have 5+ years of progressive compliance experience in healthcare, ideally within an FQHC setting or large clinic or hospital. You have a bachelor's degree in a related field (master's or law degree is a HUGE plus!). You hold a Healthcare Compliance Certification (or are willing to obtain it within the 6-12 months of hire with the support from the organization!). You're a Master of Healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, AAAHC, and FQHC requirements. You have a passion for quality improvement and patient safety. You're a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Skills:

Experience with EHR systems and comparative databases.

5+ years of progressive compliance in healthcare setting.

Bachelors Degree.

Preferred Skills:

Masters Degree.

Healthcare Compliance Certification

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary range from $102-$125 total compensation.
