A growing SaaS provider is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support clients using its enterprise platform. This role is part relationship manager, part consultant, and part strategist. You’ll work closely with pharma and life sciences clients to help them achieve full value from the platform—guiding onboarding, sharing best practices, and helping drive long-term engagement and expansion.
This is a hybrid role with office presence expected in Fort Washington, PA several days per week.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage strong client relationships across multiple accounts
· Guide new clients through implementation and platform adoption
· Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic check-ins
· Understand technical needs and help configure or optimize client solutions
· Advocate internally for client needs with product, support, and development teams
· Support renewal efforts and identify upsell or expansion opportunities
· Collaborate on campaigns and represent the company at occasional industry events
· Track customer activity, feedback, and issue resolution in CRM tools
What You Bring
· 3 or more years in customer success, client management, or related roles
· Experience working with SaaS platforms or clients in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work across departments and translate technical issues into actionable strategies
· Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
· Organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple accounts with varying needs
· Bonus: Exposure to pharmacovigilance, regulatory workflows, or GxP
