What You’ll Do

• Conduct structured virtual consultations with individuals exploring career change
• Present our digital programs and tools in alignment with client goals
• Use CRM platforms to manage communication, scheduling, and follow-up
• Deliver professional, timely, and respectful client engagement
• Participate in regular training to sharpen your skills and effectiveness
• Support clients from first contact through ongoing engagement using proactive communication
• Highlight relevant tools and next steps based on each client’s progress

What You Bring

• 5+ years in customer success, education, consulting, or other client-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently using structured systems
• Comfort with virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom) and CRM tools
• A professional, outcomes-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Experience managing the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to re-engagement
