We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Construction Field Operations Manager to lead our client's Custom Plumbing division . This is a high-impact role responsible for managing all field operations from project kickoff through close-out—ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, on budget, and with top-tier quality.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee all field managers, subcontractors, and in-house crews
✅ Lead project execution—from business development and estimating to final delivery
✅ Drive operational performance, safety compliance, and training across field teams
✅ Monitor budgets and project profitability; manage labor and material costs
✅ Partner with business development and internal ops to elevate client experience
✅ Lead escalations and deliver fast, effective solutions
✅ Improve systems, processes, and field tools to enhance efficiency and margin
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years in field or construction management
🔹 Proven leadership and decision-making skills
🔹 Budget/P&L awareness and strong operational discipline
🔹 Excellent communication and client relationship skills
🔹 Tech-savvy and adaptable to fast-paced change
🔹 Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
🔹 Valid driver's license required
