Clinical Nurse Manager-Jesuit Community: Managers the direct care staff and oversees the day-to-day functions of the clinical care, nursing operations and care planning for the residents in the Jesuit area.
Job Standards:
Nursing Degree, BSN preferred, Active and unrestricted RN license for the State of Wisconsin
Minimum 5 years supervisory experiences, long term care preferred.
Strong verbal/written communication
Strong computer skills
Current CPR certification

.Assumes 24-hour accountability for resident care and staffing issues for the Jesuit area
.Oversees the nursing care provided on the unit
.Delegates appropriate resident assessment
