Qualifications:

• Bilingual (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software (a plus).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Handle communication with clients and team members professionally.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
