Civil Engineering Project Manager
Our client was founded in the early 1990's as a a structural and civil engineering firm founded in 1993 as ASA Consulting Engineers. They collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to develop structures for institutional, commercial, healthcare, and government buildings. Their design approach simultaneously addresses: Creativity, with out-of-the-box ideas to accomplish owners? needs and architects? aesthetic goals. Assistant Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers
Mid to Upper level (5-10 years experience*) in commercial building designs and structures.
Reviews design work of Staff and Project Engineers
Fully in charge of day to day tasks of Asst. PMs, Staff Engineer and Project Engineer on team
Interacts and assists drafters/designers with detailing questions
Coordinates conflicts with architects and MEP
Attend coordination meetings with project team
Review documents with drafters/designers
CA review
Can schedule time appropriately to meet the deadlines for multiple projects
