Job Title:  Chemical Operator I 
 
  Location:  Pittsburgh, PA 
 
  Type:  Long-Term Contract (Onsite)
 
  Pay:  $25–$26/hr 
 
  Schedule:  1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 
Operate and monitor multiple chemical processing systems per formulation and safety specs.
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and quality checks on equipment and facility areas.
Conduct in-process lab testing following QC/QA protocols.
Complete work orders, logs, and safety documentation accurately.
Load/unload bulk and box trailers and handle material transfers.
Troubleshoot process issues and perform basic maintenance or repairs as needed.
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of manufacturing experience (chemical industry preferred).
Knowledge of OSHA and hazardous materials handling.
Strong mechanical and maintenance skills.
Basic math, computer, and communication skills.
Forklift certification preferred.
Ability to work overtime and different shifts as needed
