Mimi's Pilates in Monroe, NY, is hiring Pilates Instructors!

Overview

We are seeking a Pilates Instructors for our new Pilates Studio. We are seeking for someone passionate and dedicated to help us create the perfect environment and grown our business! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a desire to help clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and personalized guidance. As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment that promotes health, wellness, and community engagement.

With our new studio, you will have the opportunity to teach a couple of classes in a row per day.

We also have a position available for a lead instructor role. The lead instructor would assist us with new hiree and ensure that our studios standards are met.

Duties

• Conduct engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Assist us with vetting new instructors and ensure that we have a professional team with an inviting environment.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar role within the fitness industry.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics as they relate to movement.
• Background in dance, yoga, or group fitness is highly desirable.
• Experience in health club settings or fitness sales is an asset.
• Ability to coach sports or lead group activities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on proper techniques and practices.

Expected hours: 2 – 14 per week
