Billing Manager | Legal Industry | Miami, FL

A leading global law firm is seeking a Billing Manager to join its Revenue Management team in Miami. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a billing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to play a critical role in driving billing operations across multiple Florida offices.

What You'll Do:

• Lead billing, e-billing, and collections operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage and mentor regional billing staff while fostering trusted relationships with attorneys and firm leadership.
• Oversee performance metrics, identify process improvements, and partner with stakeholders to ensure optimal cash flow and service delivery.
• Collaborate with offices across Florida to address AR concerns, resolve billing disputes, and streamline revenue cycles.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of legal billing and collections experience, including leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Aderant, eBilling platforms, and Excel.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• A client-focused, proactive mindset and the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.

Location:

This position is based in-office in Miami, FL with regional oversight responsibilities. Regular presence is required for collaboration, team meetings, and operational leadership.
