Your Leadership Responsibilities

Inspire Your Team

  • Oversee daily operations and uphold quality standards

  • Complete reporting, basic accounting, and compliance tasks
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
What You Bring to the Table
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance
  • High school diploma (some college preferred)
  • Food safety certified (or willing to become certified within 30 days)
  • Flexible availability—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift

A Day in the Life

Morning:

  • Analyze sales data and prep for the next day
  • Guide the closing team and finalize tasks
