Our client is a premier education provider and seeks an Administrative Assistant Supervisor to join their prestigious institution.
They are seeking an experienced person who will oversee a team of three Administrative Assistants. This key role will also support Senior Leadership, including two Division Co-Chiefs, an Associate Chief, and the Administrative Division Director.
Administrative Assistant Supervisor will manage internal communications, coordinate events, oversee space planning, and lead process improvement initiatives. This individual will direct team activities, manage complex leadership calendars, anticipate and resolve administrative challenges, and help drive operational efficiency.
Success in this role requires excellent judgment, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a collaborative environment that values initiative and a positive team culture.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in an administrative or operational setting.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently under limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor’s degree
Salary range is 90-104K
