A professional services organization is seeking a polished, reliable, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the President. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration and discretion.
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with another on-site administrative professional to ensure consistent coverage and operational efficiency. Coordination with a part-time remote assistant will also be required to maintain continuity of tasks.
