Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Privately held corporate office in Charlotte is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support two principles. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing critical support in marketing, client service, and transaction coordination. This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious company and salary of up to $70k a year plus bonus with great benefits!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence, agreements, and reports
  • Support daily activities: calendar management, meetings, travel, and errands
  • Maintain organized records
  • Create marketing and presentation materials
  • Coordinate market tours and assemble supporting materials
  • Manage data for marketing team
  • Oversee expense reports, department budgets, and commission invoicing
  • Collaborate with Administrative Team to coordinate calendars, events

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Photoshop and, mapping tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
