Location: Hybrid – Austin, Texas (U.S.)

Reports to: Director of Sales, North America

What You’ll Achieve

  • Play an integral role in bringing category-defining AI technology to the construction and infrastructure market.
  • Drive strategic account growth in a company backed by cutting-edge science and rapid customer adoption.
  • Work alongside passionate founders and a globally recognized product team building the future of construction intelligence.

Your Role

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → engage → demo → propose → negotiate → close.
  • Build and grow a portfolio of North American EPCs, GCs, asset owners, and infrastructure developers.
  • Leverage your network to open new opportunities and accelerate market penetration.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, expansion motions, and whitespace mapping.
  • Represent AI Clearing at industry events, tradeshows, and executive-level meetings.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver customer outcomes that drive long-term value.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance market reach.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers — framing solutions that reduce risk, accelerate schedules, and improve profitability.
  • Contribute to building AI Clearing’s growing brand presence across North America.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years selling into heavy-asset industries (civil construction, energy, infrastructure, utilities, EPCs, etc.).
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience with a strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting, opening new markets, and expanding footprint within large accounts.
  • Strong command of CRM, sales technology, and structured pipeline management.
  • A self-starter mindset — you take ownership, operate with urgency, and excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person meetings, virtual calls, and written interactions.
  • Background in Solar, Civil, or Oil & Gas world is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic and comfort in a metrics-driven, high-output environment.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.
  • Understanding of construction, surveying, or drone operations is a plus.
  • FAA Part 107 certification is an advantage.
  • A resilient, curious, high-ownership mindset — unafraid to pick up the phone and put in the reps.
